Shouldn't this be closed now?

But anyway....Why should we vote for you Lee? I'm not being facetious, I genuinely want to know what IBIS have done to get my vote.

A response would be appreciated.

Politicians are all the same:

They only appear when they want your vote
They make promises and don't deliver
They tell porcupines (lies) about what they have done
Take claim for things they have had no involvement or input in

Porcupines is not rhyming slang.
Correct form  is "Porkies" - short for Pork Pies

I know its not rhyming slang, newshound - did I say it was?!  Some people use the phrase 'porky pies' for the word 'lies', and 'porcupines' sound similar to 'porky pies' thats why I use it occasionally!  Anyway,  haven't we got better things to do with our lives than debate rhyming slang phrases!!!

I am amased tht anyone should ask what has IBIS done. They have actually made their mark and done something for Ingleby Barwick. What needs to be asked is what did your last councillor do answer absolutely nothing but run around looking important and accepting planning applications that were detrimental to the area. However, there is justice in this world afterall and Ingleby Barwick now as a new lady councillor

If I remember rightly the last lady councillor ran for her life to Yarm. IB made the right joice Congratulations

Ingleby Village: Don't Live In Ingleby

Mole, if you don't live in Ingleby how come your shouting from the rooftops about how good IBIS is?

I've lived here three years now and have seen no improvements at all and can claim the following:

Anti-social behaviour has worsened. I myself have made more phonecalls in a week to the police since moving here than I have for the whole time when I've been living in other areas of teesside.
Traffic congestion is horrendous at all times of the day, but even worse during rush hour. Who in their right minds would close an access road into an estate 8-(
The area is disgusting with excessive amounts of litter and dog waste present on footpaths.
Children still being bussed to school on a morning because there is insufficent school provision.
and to top it all a park that didn't open on time because the grass hadn't grown properly.

I'd like someone to actually state some of the positve contributions that have been made by IBIS instead of just qouting generic terms like 'IBIS have done lots for IB' LOTS OF WHAT!!!!!!!! EXPLAIN!!!!!!!!
